Bodies of Four Kazakh Children Lost in Kyrgyzstan Floods to Return Home

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced that the bodies of four children who tragically lost their lives in flooding in Kyrgyzstan will be brought back to Kazakhstan.

According to the emergency headquarters of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Emergency Situations, the bodies of two Kazakh children who had gone missing due to the flood have been recovered.

Currently, local authorities are expediting the necessary paperwork and procedures in coordination with Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Kazakh diplomats are providing maximum assistance to the families of the deceased,” added officials from the ministry.

The bodies of all four children, who perished in the flooding, will soon be transported to Kazakhstan with the assistance of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Emergency Situations aircraft.

Earlier reports indicated that two Kazakh children had lost their lives due to flooding in the neighboring country.
