Today, around 03:00 PM, an anonymous threat indicated that an explosion would occur at 3:00 PM at Bishkek’s Manas International Airport. As a precaution, flight check-ins were suspended, and people were evacuated.
“Employees of airport services and passengers were evacuated from the building due to an anonymous signal about an explosive device planted in it,” stated the airport administration.
This marks the second evacuation at Manas Airport within a week due to bomb threats.
