Astana Hosts “KIDS EXPO: Children’s World” Fair for School Supplies
In preparation for the new school year, the EXPO International Exhibition Center in Astana is currently hosting the "KIDS EXPO: Children's World" fair, showcasing a wide range of school supplies and accessories.
The event, supported by the Akimat of Astana and organized by JSC “NC” QazExpoCongress,” features over 70 entrepreneurs, including domestic manufacturers, companies, and major brands.
At the opening ceremony, the Akim of the Yesil District, Alpatiyar Kydyrbekuly, expressed gratitude to the organizers and highlighted the importance of the fair for families preparing for the school year. The First Deputy Chairman of the National Company “QazExpoCongress,” Daulet Kuandykuly, noted that this is the third year the fair has been held, with a turnover of 140 million tenge over the past two years, demonstrating its value to both entrepreneurs and parents.
In addition to shopping for school supplies, visitors enjoyed a variety of entertainment, including chess master classes, performances by children’s creative studios, and a fashion show. Prizes such as school backpacks, sports bikes, and ice cream coupons were also raffled off. The fair will continue until August 18.
