Akylbek Zhaparov instructs to speed up construction of Kambar-Ata HPP-1

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic – Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov visited the energy facilities of the Electric Stations Open Joint Stock Company in the Jalal-Abad region, Turanews.kz report citing the Press Service of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers.

Akylbek Zhaparov got acquainted with the process of reconstruction of unit No. 2 of the Toktogul HPP and the infrastructure for the start of the construction of the Kambar-Ata HPP-1.

In particular, Akylbek Zhaparov examined the process of building a road and a tunnel leading to the Kambar-Ata HPP-1.

In addition, he got acquainted with the construction of the surface spillway of the Kambar-Ata HPP-2.

As a result of the trip, Akylbek Zhaparov instructed to speed up the process of construction and preparation of the infrastructure of the Kambar-Ata HPP-1, as well as to prepare the country’s existing energy facilities in a quality and timely manner for the upcoming autumn-winter period.
