Among the tourists were four Kazakhstani citizens who were involved in the accident. Fortunately, according to Aibek Smadiyarov, the official representative of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all Kazakh citizens are unharmed and did not require medical assistance.
“The Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports that our compatriots are fine and do not need any medical care. They are currently resting at their hotel,” stated Aibek Smadiyarov.
The accident took place on the Milas-Bodrum highway and involved a collision between a minibus and a tow truck. Preliminary reports indicate that the minibus overturned, causing injuries of varying degrees among the tourists, who are from Kazakhstan and Russia.
