92% of Public Services in Kazakhstan Are Now Available Remotely
In 2024, more than 340 million public services were provided online in Kazakhstan.

According to Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry Jaslan Madiev, 92% of public services can now be accessed remotely, with 90% of requests being made via smartphones.
To improve accessibility, key services have been integrated with popular fintech platforms, significantly expanding digital service reach. Citizens are also increasingly using QR signatures and biometric authentication. Digital document services are particularly popular, with 292 million uses recorded in the past year.
One of the most in-demand services—identity card renewal—will be fully transitioned online by the end of April. Citizens will simply need to verify their identity on the eGov platform, upload a photo and signature, make an online payment, and wait for an SMS notification when their document is ready.
The minister stated that by the end of the year, they aim to reduce the workload on service centers by 50%.
