Kazakh athletes won totally 9 medals as 3 gold, 4 siver and 2 bronz, reports Turanews.kz via offical page of the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
More than 3 thousand athletes from 102 countries of the world took part in 13 sports branches at the nomadic games which organized for the first time in Turkey. Kazakh athletes performed in 5 sports branches such as Kazakh wrestling, Kokpar, Kokboru, archery and traditional archery. Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev congratulated the athletes on his Facebook page.
IV. The World Nomad Games were held between September 29 and October 2 in the city of Iznik of Turkey and participants from many Turkic states visited the games.
