The International Theater Festival of Central Asian countries started in Almaty. The traditional event this year is dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the great Kazakh writer Mukhtar Auezov.
Theaters from Kazakhstan, Tatarstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan participate in the festival. Our country will present four performances. In particular, the theater Mukhtara Auezov will stage the famous drama “Blood and Sweat”. In addition, viewers can get acquainted with the exhibition “Scenographers of Kazakhstan”.
The festival will continue until November 7th.
