The earthquake was felt in the surrounding provinces, including Ankara, Aksaray, Karaman, and Niğde. There have been no reports of injuries or damage.
Konya Governor Vahdettin Özkan said that the earthquake was felt in the Kulu district, but that no negative reports had been received. He said that the field survey is continuing.
