Aruzhan, a graduate of the Team Kazakhstan Academy, achieved the victory in the doubles competition together with Yu-Yun Li from China, ktf.kz reports.
In the finals, the Kazakh-Chinese pair defeated the Russian sisters Anastasia and Rada Zolotareva with 7:5, 3:6, 10:4 scores which competiton took place in Turkey on 5 November.
Aruzhan who also performed very well in the individual competition, reached the quarter finals.
After the award ceremony, Aruzhan “I am overjoyed the time being as I won my first title in the senior ITF competition. Therefore, today was a special day for me. I would like to thank the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation headed by Bolat Utemuratov and my coach Ruslan Mukhamedzyanov who trusted and supported me all the time.” said in his speech.
