The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alikhan Smailov, instructed to complete the construction of the new airport of Almaty as planned at the extended board meeting of the Ministry, reports Turanews.kz.
“A major infrastructure project for the construction of a new international airport terminal is being implemented in Almaty city. The Ministry together with the administration and the investor should take measures to implement the project in time to increase the flow of passengers as well as to expand the route network of air transport.” said Alikhan Smailov.
Let us remind you that on June 1, 2022, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev gave permission to start the construction of a new international terminal at Almaty Airport.
