President Tokayev Congratulates To Lam on Election as President of Vietnam
The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has sent a formal telegram of congratulations to To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, following his election to the presidency.
According to the Akorda press service, Tokayev emphasized that this electoral victory reflects the immense public support for To Lam’s strategic reforms and commitment to national development.
Highlighting Vietnam as a key Asian partner for Kazakhstan, Tokayev expressed his firm confidence that under the new President’s leadership, the country will achieve significant milestones in both economic growth and international diplomacy. The Kazakh leader reaffirmed his readiness to expand the strategic partnership between the two nations, ensuring mutual prosperity for their citizens.
