Iran Reports Massive Casualties Following Combined Military Strikes by US and Israeli Forces

The Iranian Ministry of Health has released a harrowing official count of the casualties resulting from recent military operations conducted by the United States and Israel.

As reported by Zakon.kz via NBC, the death toll has surged to 20,617, highlighting the devastating impact of the ongoing regional conflict on the civilian population.

The casualty list includes 206 children and adolescents, with 13 of the victims being under the age of five. The medical community has also been severely hit, with 18 healthcare workers killed and 101 injured in the line of duty. Beyond the loss of life, the strikes have crippled emergency response capabilities, damaging 36 ambulances and 37 medical facilities across the affected areas.
