President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on the occasion of Tet, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year.
In his message, the Kazakh leader emphasized that Vietnam is regarded as an important and reliable partner in Southeast Asia. He highlighted Kazakhstan’s commitment to strengthening the strategic partnership built on longstanding ties of friendship and mutual understanding.
Tokayev expressed readiness to work jointly to elevate multifaceted bilateral cooperation to a new level. He also wished To Lam continued success in his responsible duties and prosperity to the friendly people of Vietnam.
