Kazakhstanis ranked among the top ten foreign nationals purchasing real estate in Türkiye in 2025. Since the beginning of the year, citizens of Kazakhstan have bought more than 600 apartments, according to data from Türkiye’s national statistics authority reported by TuraNews.kz via Qazaqstan TV.
Kazakh buyers mainly prefer properties in Antalya, Istanbul, and Mersin. Russia tops the list of foreign homebuyers, with over 3,000 apartments purchased in 2025. Iran and Ukraine follow in the second and third positions.
In total, nearly 20,000 apartments were sold to foreigners across Türkiye in 2025. Experts note that the increased interest from Kazakh citizens began during the pandemic, driven largely by comparatively lower housing prices.
