Kazakhstan And Turkmenistan Sign Agreement On Migration Cooperation

Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan have signed a new agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of migration. The document was formalized during a meeting between Kazakhstan’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Yerzhan Sadenov, and the Chairman of Turkmenistan’s State Migration Service, Amanmukhammet Sazakov.

The talks took place as part of the Turkmen President’s state visit to Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, the two officials reviewed the current state of interagency collaboration and discussed opportunities to expand and enhance their partnership. Both sides expressed strong interest in further developing cooperation.

The newly signed agreement is expected to streamline coordination between the two countries and pave the way for more efficient joint initiatives in migration management.
