Hugo Boss, a world-famous brand and manufacturer of fashionable clothes (Germany), together with the Uzbek enterprise Fazman Textile, launched a modern textile factory in the city of Namangan. It planned to launch production of suits and trousers, as well as men’s, women’s and children’s clothing under the Hugo Boss brand.
The total cost of the project estimated around $40 million. After launching at full capacity, there over 3,000 people will get employed. Currently, the first stage of the enterprise for 1,500 jobs has been put into operation.
Part of the budget – $20 million was spent on the purchase of modern equipment from Germany and Turkey. It is planned that annually the Uzbek factory will produce 1 million units of finished products, while the annual export volume will be $15 million.
Hugo Boss owns more than 1,113 retail stores and boutiques around the world, where you can buy clothes, accessories, shoes and perfumes.
