Death Toll in Gaza Surpasses 53,000 Since Start of Israeli Offensive
The death toll in Gaza has risen to 53,010 since Israel launched its military operation on October 7, 2023, the Gaza Health Ministry reported on Wednesday, according to Anadolu Agency.

In the last 24 hours alone, local hospitals received the bodies of 82 people and admitted 152 injured individuals.
Since March 18 — following the breakdown of the ceasefire agreement declared on January 19 — at least 2,876 Palestinians have been killed and 7,957 injured.
The total number of injured since the beginning of the conflict has now reached 119,998.
Local officials warn that thousands more bodies may still be trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings.
