Ankara Hosts Talks on Black Sea Security with Participation from Russia and Other Nations
On April 15–16, Türkiye’s Naval Forces Headquarters in Ankara is hosting high-level talks on Black Sea security.

The Turkish Ministry of National Defense confirmed that military representatives from various countries, including Russia, are attending.
The discussions center on ensuring regional stability in the event of a potential ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. Delegates are focusing on military planning strategies aimed at maintaining peace, preventing new conflicts, and establishing sustainable cooperation among coastal nations.
