In Uzbekistan, individuals involved in the assassination attempt on a former employee of the Presidential Administration were convicted
In Uzbekistan, 10 people accused of involvement in the assassination attempt on former Presidential Administration employee Komil Allamzhonov were sentenced.
The criminal case was heard in the Military Court. According to the verdict, 3 defendants were sentenced to 23 years in prison. Another citizen was imprisoned for 18 years, and the former deputy head of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs, Donier Tashkhodjaev, was sentenced to 7 years.
According to the press service of the Supreme Court, the remaining 5 citizens were given various terms of imprisonment depending on their degree of guilt.
The events that I have experienced over the past 5 months are known only to me and my family. The truth has come out from under the restrictions, and finally the truth has been established, – Komil Allamzhonov commented on the case on his Telegram channel.
Recall that last October, unknown persons attempted to assassinate former Presidential Administration employee Komil Allamzhonov by shooting at the car in which he was traveling.
