President Briefed on Army Combat Readiness and Modernization Efforts

The Head of State received an update on the combat readiness of the armed forces and new approaches to military training.

Minister of Defense Ruslan Zhaksylikov reported on the implementation of the state defense order, social and ideological initiatives, and the development of military infrastructure.

Following the meeting, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Kassym-Jomart Tokayev outlined specific tasks for the minister, including enhancing the army’s combat potential, further digitalizing command processes, developing Special Operations Forces, and strengthening social and ideological efforts within the military.
