Tajikistan’s “Somon Air” Launches Regular Flights to Doha
Tajikistan's "Somon Air" airline has launched regular flights between Dushanbe and Doha, in addition to selling tickets through Fly.Tj.
According to the airline’s press service, the flights will operate every Thursday. Departures from Dushanbe are scheduled for 09:00, and from Doha, flights will leave at 12:20 local time. The travel time between the two capitals is 3 hours and 50 minutes in one direction, and 3 hours and 40 minutes in the opposite direction.
Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737-900 aircraft will be used on this route.
The opening of direct flights between Dushanbe and Doha is expected to play a significant role in strengthening bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Qatar, particularly in areas such as the economy, culture, tourism, and humanitarian cooperation.
