President Embarks on State Visit to Hungary
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Hungary for a state visit, marking the second leg of his European tour following a visit to Serbia.
The President was warmly received at Budapest Airport by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, according to Akorda’s press service.
The two-day visit is packed with diplomatic engagements. President Tokayev is scheduled to hold high-level talks with Hungarian President Katalin Novák and Prime Minister Viktor Orban. In Budapest, the historic Széchenyi Chain Bridge has been adorned with Kazakhstan’s national flag in honor of the President’s visit, reflecting Hungary’s warm reception and symbolic gestures of friendship.
