Uzbekistan Sees Increase in Motor Gasoline Production
Uzbekistan has reported a rise in motor gasoline production, reaching 896,000 tons from January to August 2024. This marks a 0.44% increase compared to the same period in 2023, when production totaled 892,100 tons, according to official data from Uzbekistan Statistics Agency.
In August 2024 alone, gasoline production amounted to 106,500 tons, showing steady growth in the sector.
Earlier figures indicate that from January to July 2024, Uzbekistan produced 896,000 tons of motor gasoline, a 0.6% rise compared to 784,100 tons produced during the same period in 2023. Additionally, for the first half of 2024 (January to June), production reached 674,500 tons, a 3.6% increase compared to the 650,900 tons recorded in the same timeframe in 2023.
These numbers highlight a consistent upward trend in gasoline production in Uzbekistan over the past year.
