Japarov stressed the challenges of forced migration, climate threats, and unequal resource distribution, arguing that the benefits of progress often fail to reach the most vulnerable. He called for new approaches in global governance, based on fairness, and urged for immediate action.
In his speech, Japarov urged global leaders to be the architects of a future founded on trust, cooperation, and justice. He also advocated for strengthening international financial institutions that support developing countries.
