Over 350 representatives of 35 foreign countries took part in the forum. The event is held with the aim of attracting foreign investment in the hydrocarbon resources of the Caspian Sea and the development of the Galkynysh gas field.
The forum will showcase Turkmenistan’s projects in the fields of gas chemistry, electricity, construction, textiles, transport, agriculture and rational use of water resources.
Representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, ministries and departments, heads of foreign diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan, representatives of financial, banking and energy structures, and the media took part in the opening ceremony of the Forum.
An interactive exhibition was organized for guests.
