Two villages are under quarantine in Kazakhstan
Brucellosis was detected in small livestocks in Turkestan Region
Two villages in the Kazygurt district of Turkestan region are quarantined, Qazaqstan TV reports.
In the both of villages, restrictive measures are introduced as the brucellosis disases was detected in small livestocks.
The quarantine decision was made by the village municipality so that the infectious disease would not spread to other villages. Infected small livestocks in these settlements are being treated at the moment. The residents are banned from taking animals outside of villages. According to information shared by village municipality, other pets will be under the supervision of veterinarians for a month.
