Earthquake Occurs in China
The network of seismic stations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, recorded an earthquake at 00:11 am.
The epicenter was located 424 km east of Almaty, in China.
The earthquake had an energy class of 8.8 and a magnitude of 4.0 MPV. The epicenter’s coordinates were 43.55° N and 82.12° E, with a depth of 10 km.
There was no perceptibility of the earthquake within the territory of Kazakhstan, according to the MSK-64 scale.
