The 5th World Nomad Games Promoted at Tourism Forum in China
A tourism forum convened in Urumqi, focusing on the Year of Tourism of Kazakhstan in China. The event saw participation from representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, local governing bodies, travel agencies, and tourism industry associations.
Amidst discussions on augmenting tourism potential, particular attention was directed towards showcasing the upcoming 5th World Nomad Games (WNG), scheduled to take place from September 8 to 14 in Astana. The anticipation is that the Nomad Games will not only elevate Kazakhstan’s tourism appeal but also invigorate entrepreneurial endeavors within the industry.
In pursuit of fostering tourism cooperation and overcoming potential hurdles, the parties involved inked a memorandum of cooperation aimed at fostering greater mutual understanding in cross-border tourism development.
Additionally, it’s noteworthy that on March 28-29, Beijing will witness the inauguration of the “Year of Tourism of Kazakhstan in China,” featuring an array of thematic events scheduled throughout the week.
