Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan Cultural Exchange Set to Enrich Bilateral Ties
The upcoming Days of Culture promise to deepen cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, as announced by Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Erbol Alikulov, following a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Kazakhstan, Batyr Rejepov.
During the discussion, the officials reviewed the ongoing preparations for the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan, scheduled for June, and reciprocally, the Days of Culture of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan, slated for October of this year.
The cultural festivities are expected to feature a diverse range of events in Ashgabat, including an art exhibition, Kazakh Cinema Days, and a captivating concert program showcasing domestic artists and creative groups. These initiatives aim to foster greater mutual understanding and appreciation of each nation’s rich cultural heritage, while strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
