Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Kyrgyzstan

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on his own behalf, congratulated Sadyr Japarov on the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on Allied Relations between the two countries, TuraNews.kz reports.

– The 2003 Agreement marked the beginning of a new stage in the development of Kazakh-Kyrgyz relations and laid a solid legal basis for the effective promotion of our multifaceted interstate relations. This is evidenced by active political dialogue at all levels, the dynamic development of cooperation in the trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as close cooperation between the two countries in the international arena, the telegram says.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed confidence that through joint efforts the further strengthening of strategic partnership and alliance will be ensured, as well as the enormous potential of bilateral interaction will be realized for the benefit of the peoples of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
