State Takes Ownership of 720 Unfinished Apartments and Confiscated Assets in Kyrgyzstan

Since the start of 2023, a total of 720 incomplete apartments have been transferred to state ownership, as announced by Meder Mashiev, the First Deputy Director of the State Agency for State Property Management, during a recent press conference, TuraNews.kz reports iting 24.kg.

Mashiev clarified that these properties were handed over voluntarily and were previously owned by the dissolved crime figure, Kamchi Kolbaev. Alongside the apartments, 38 real estate units, including buildings and land plots, 15 shares in business entities, and shares in the authorized capital, as well as 356 vehicles, were also transferred to the state.

“These include confiscated vehicles, voluntarily handed over, and received from international organizations for the completion of projects,” explained Meder Mashiev.
