Kazakhstan-China border checkpoint to close for 4 days

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced that automobile checkpoints on the border between Kazakhstan and China will be closed for four days, from September 29 to October 3, due to public holidays in the People’s Republic of China.

Railway checkpoints on the Kazakh-Chinese border will continue to function as usual.

The State Revenue Committee has asked carriers and everyone who wanted to cross the border in advance and plan their route taking into account the closure.
