Elon Musk Revives $44 Billion Twitter Bid

American businessman Elon Musk has offered to extend the agreement to buy Twitter at the initial price, reports Bloomberg.

on July 12, Twitter went to court to force Musk to fulfill his obligations.In April, Musk had offered to buy the social network for $44 billion. But in early July, Musk’s lawyers had announced that Twitter had rejected the purchase of the company because Twitter did not provide reliable information about fake profiles.

According to Bloomberg, the renewed agreement could be approved in the coming week. Shares of Twitter jumped 18% immediately after the news was announced.
