Tashkent, Uzbekistan – A new film studies program is being launched at the VGIK branch in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The program will be led by Doctor of Arts Nigora Karimova and will train students in film criticism, film history, and film festival programming, Turanews.kz reports citing Uza.uz.
The program will be offered starting in the 2023/2024 academic year and will be open to both local and international students. The admission deadline is August 15.
