“Heavy rain which began at rush hour, greatly affected the traffic situation. Struggling with rain and traffic jams, Istanbul residents also witnessed a rare natural phenomenon. The cloud covered the sun for five minutes. When it suddenly became dark, many began to panic, ” the agency writes.
The anomalous phenomenon was captured by a surveillance camera. The recording shows how a black seven-kilometer cloud quickly covers the sky.
